She told me what I could have, and when I ordered the vegetarian spring rolls she let me know they put fish sauce in them. Great service.<\/p>\n

\"\" Enjoyed a lovely prawn pad thai meal<\/strong> with chicken satay starter, then banana fritter for dessert, lovely waitress, the batter for the banana fritter was nice and light and wasnt over coated in cinnamon which is how it gets served most of the time, just manuka honey, ice cream and a small amount of cream HIT THE SPOT, my flatmate@zetadavies had the duck and veg and said it was lovely too !!!!<\/p>\n

\"\" The Emerald has always been our favourite restaurant<\/strong> when we lived in Papakura, one which we (my daughter and I) would frequent often (and get take out too). Since moving away, we have not found a restaurant quite like this quaint little gem. So, when passing through we just had to go back and it never fails to impress – from quality, calming soft-spoken service, to magnificent food (always our compliments to the chef\/s) and the ambience is special – more of a feeling one gets I would say. The prices are amazing too. So all you foodies out there – go there PLEASE – you will not be disappointed; but rest assured, you will leave satisfied and wanting to go back for more.<\/p>\n

\"\" Friendly and helpful staff, the menu is varied, the prices are fantastic.<\/strong> The food is one of the best Thai I’ve had in Auckland. Presentation is great, the portions are very generous, I couldn’t even finish mine, but forced in a dessert equally great value for money. I highly recommend the Emerald Thai Restaurant, it’s a little Gem I’m glad I and the other 5 people in my party experienced, now I have another great place close to home to dine at.<\/p>\n

\"\" OMG I absolutely love their mixed entree. scrumptious!!!!<\/strong> Me and my partner eat there all the time now. We went there for our anniversary and I was very impressed. I like how they bring out a little ramekin filled with pork crisps for a snack b4 your meal. Very hospitable. My favorite dish is number 36. The Duck red curry. I love that they put grapes in the curry. brings a different contrast of flavor to the meal. mmmmmmm Three thumbs up the emerald… 3 thumbs up.<\/p>\n
